1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any American Systems software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

American Systems grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the license type you have purchased:

• Single User License: Permits installation and use on one computer by one user.
• Multi-User License: Permits installation on the number of computers specified in your purchase.
• Site License: Permits installation on unlimited computers at a single physical location.

3. Trial Version

The trial version of the Software is provided free of charge for evaluation purposes for 30 days. Trial versions are fully functional but may display reminders to purchase a license. After the trial period expires, you must purchase a license to continue using the Software.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose
• Share license keys with unauthorized users

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. American Systems retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

6. Updates and Support

License purchases include free updates to the current major version and email support. Updates to future major versions may require an upgrade purchase.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AMERICAN SYSTEMS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AMERICAN SYSTEMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. Refund Policy

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

American Systems reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
