1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our software. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at admin@americansys.com within 30 days of purchase
- Include your order number or email address used for purchase
- Briefly explain the reason for the refund (optional but helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund:
- Purchases made within the last 30 days
- Software does not meet your needs
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Any other reason (no questions asked)
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- License keys that have been shared or distributed
- Violations of our Terms of Service
4. Enterprise & Volume Licenses
Enterprise and volume licenses (5+ users) are subject to the same 30-day refund policy. For partial refunds on volume licenses, please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
5. Upgrade Purchases
If you purchased an upgrade to a new major version, the 30-day refund policy applies. You will retain access to your previous version if you request a refund on the upgrade.
6. Trial Version
Our 30-day trial version is fully functional and free. There is nothing to refund for trial downloads. We encourage you to thoroughly test the software before purchasing.
7. Technical Support
Before requesting a refund due to technical issues, please contact our support team at admin@americansys.com. We're often able to quickly resolve issues and want to ensure you have a great experience with our software.
8. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
