Click the image on the main window.  You'll see a new window with buttons on the top and left.

 

On the left click "Mark".  This will enable you to highlight a rectangle with yellow, much like you would with a yellow highlighter marker.  Once you select this command just draw a rectangle around the area you want to highlight.  The screen shot below is similar to what you will see.
